When it comes to events, The Executive has what you’re looking for and is ready to serve you and your guests!  We offer third floor Executive event space with seating for up to 250, Our 6th floor veranda with seating for up to 100 and our 6th floor grand lobby which allows seating for up to 50 people. No matter which space your choose the views do not disappoint and it will be sure to be an event your guests remember for years to come!

Executive Event Venue

Take in beautiful 3rd floor views over downtown Ephrata that won’t disappoint as you host your family, friends and colleagues in our elegant event space.  Tables and chairs are provided for any number of guests up to 250 and caterers can have access to large warming kitchen for pre-serving set up.  Access to the 3rd floor for guests is provided by elevator. Guests can park on the street or in our large parking garage to the rear of the building with access to the parking garage off of E Locust St.  Contact us today for pricing!

The 6th Floor Veranda

Dine and mingle in style with views that will be sure to impress your guests!  The Veranda is boasts incredible 6th floor views and allows for seating for up to 100 people.  The Veranda is accessed through our suites, depending on the size of your party anywhere from 1-3 of the suites will also need to be rented along with the Veranda so guests can access the space.  Tables and chairs are included with you rental.  Access to the 6th floor for guests is provided by elevator. The Grand Foyer

Formerly serving as the lobby for the corporate headquarters of the Denver and Ephrata Telephone and Telegraph Company, this unique space will be sure to impress your guests!  Offering great views over downtown Ephrata, a large bar area, an outdoor veranda and a unique “bubble room” your party will be hosted in a space that guests won’t soon forget.  Tables are chairs for up to 50 are provided with your rental.  Access to the 6th floor for guests is provided by elevator.
